Overview
As a Senior Claims Consultant, you act as a strategic risk advisor for clients and service teams, using claims data to shape policies and risk practices. You will lead risk management initiatives and advise on pre- and post-loss processes, driving improvement across client programs. You collaborate with Account Managers, Executives, and cross-functional teams to reduce losses and enhance service. This role offers impact by influencing policy, training, and claims strategy within a growth-centric fintech-insurance ecosystem.

- Lead policy changes for pre- and post-loss processes (including setup, workers' compensation, and compliance)
- Conduct face-to-face client claim reviews and quarterly strategy meetings
- Design and deliver claims training as needed
- Oversee claims processing, management, and prevention for clients
- Act as liaison between insurer and insured; mediate disputes with follow-up
- Proactively advise AMs, AEs, and Client Advisors on claims and open files status
- Educate service teams and clients on claims topics via training and publications
- Respond to inquiries in a timely professional manner
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with laws; foster positive team-client relationships
- Coordinate with Marketing, Employee Relations, Safety, Risk Management, and Process Improvement resources
- Willingness to participate in self-development or technical classes
- Strong organizational and workflow management skills
- Comfortable in an electronic environment with strong computer skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
