• Initiate and manage all Van Lunen Center programs
• Build partnerships with Christian schools and supporting networks
• Oversee the Van Lunen Fellows Program and evaluate outcomes
• Lead governance by maintaining board relations and meeting agendas
• Develop resources and ensure financial accountability

Requirements

• Leadership experience in Christian education
• Strong organizational and program management skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Experience in fundraising is preferred
• Eligibility for faculty status at Calvin University
