About the Job

The day starts with weighing mom has CHF she must weigh close to same time daily it's usually 6:30 vital are taken BP and oxygen. The information is written in the daily log.

7 a.m. Breakfast is normally egg and toast or cereal which is prepped will need to heat up. Sometimes she has a meals on wheels breakfast.

Meds are given orally and checked off the medication log.

Mid morning wash up or bath brush teeth etc and gets dressed needs some assistance with that . Due to her leg wound being wrap she will need support .

Mom likes to nap after breakfast if she didn't have therapy coming in. She likes to be active has she can walking or doing puzzles play games-and read her Bible

Lunch is 12:45 to 1:45 p.m.

Dinner between 4:30 and 6 p.m.

Gardening , bird watching, reading and doing puzzles any type brain games. Watching tv when she's not napping. Short walks when she feels up to it.

We're looking for someone who is CPR certified. Who has experience with elderly people. Someone who respects boundaries and has a servants heart. Non smoker please and patient. We need someone who has at least 2 years experience. No criminal background.

Our home is on and near a bus route and on street parking. We ask that you park in front not in the driveway unless you are transporting mom to an appointment.
