Customer Service & Sales Associate

Our team is looking for a Customer Service & Sales Associate to represent AT&T and help customers find the right products and services for their needs. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, providing great service, and building strong communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers and create a positive experience from the start
• Learn AT&T products, services, and account options
• Answer questions and help customers find solutions that fit their needs
• Assist with account updates, service options, and new customer enrollments
• Build strong customer relationships through clear and professional communication
• Support daily team goals while maintaining a customer-first approach
• Work alongside experienced team members to develop product knowledge and communication skills

What We’re Looking For

• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, professional attitude
• Comfortable speaking with customers and learning new information
• Reliable, motivated, and willing to learn
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
