Supply Chain Technology Manager

Overview

In this role, you drive the transformation of MillerKnoll's supply chain planning systems and processes. You will lead the Kinaxis Rapid Response product function within an agile team, aligning business priorities with technology delivery at a global scale. Partner with Operations and IT to ensure value delivery, end-user adoption, and effective data and process management. You'll shape training, governance, and partnerships with external providers to enable end-to-end planning and optimization. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role at the intersection of supply chain, technology, and business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment and enhancements of the Supply Chain Planning solution at scale
• Act as Kinaxis Rapid Response Product Owner and translate business priorities into a backlog
• Develop and maintain training content; deliver platform training to users
• Provide technical guidance across demand planning, S&OP, capacity planning, and inventory optimization
• Manage relationships with technology providers and integrators
• Ensure end-user support, data validation, and issue resolution for system interfaces
• Collaborate with Operations and IT to align priorities across technology teams
• Drive user adoption and champion best-practice approaches
• Lead transformational programs and projects related to SCP deployment and enhancements
• Translate complex requirements into clear business needs and actionable work via agile methods

Key requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field
• 10+ years of professional technical experience
• 0-3 years of management experience
• Experience with agile project management methodologies and tools
• Experience defining business requirements and writing user stories
• Knowledge of MRP and Supply Chain planning (preferred)
• Experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response or comparable SCP solution (preferred)
• Experience managing external technology partners and integrators
• Experience with SaaS solution ownership and integration architectures
• Experience driving user adoption across multiple geographies
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and leadership skills
