Production/Warehouse Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production and Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing and product distribution facility. FCI Automation is an established, local distributor adn fabricator of globally recognized hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical automation products. We are seeking an individual to learn a variety of assembly operations to serve our major OEM automotive and industrial customers. The ideal candidate would have some some basic mechanical skills and would be interested to cross-train to learn warehouse operations and grow with the organization.

Duties

• Fabricate and assemble components according to specifications and quality standards.
• Consistently maintain high attention to detail and world-class quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools.
• Familiarity with production processes is preferred.
• Ability to lift objects up to 35 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration and problem-solving.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
