Overview
As Production Supervisor, you will lead manufacturing operations across a shift to meet volume, quality, and cost goals. You'll review performance, identify efficiency and quality improvements, and guide a team of engineers, operators, and supervisors. You'll collaborate with maintenance and project teams to drive process improvements and cost reductions. This role sits at the heart of our production system, shaping daily execution and long-term performance in a technically advanced environment.

- Direct manufacturing operations for a shift or group of lines to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets
- Coach and develop operators and junior supervisors to raise capability and performance
- Troubleshoot operational issues and advise on resolutions to improve efficiency and quality
- Evaluate improvement ideas with engineers and develop project proposals
- Act as a liaison between operations and maintenance
- Schedule prioritization based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and material supply
- Lead process development and cost improvement projects
- Support department budgeting and control expenses
- Ensure safety compliance and proper training/certification of personnel
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Production and Manufacturing
- 5+ years in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or BAAN)
- Knowledge of payroll systems like ADP or Kronos
- Proven experience leading high-performing teams and supervisory roles
- Strong communication skills in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to review material, equipment, and manpower resource requirements
