A well-established and collaborative law firm is seeking a motivated Litigation Associate to become a vital member of its civil litigation practice. This is an exciting opportunity for attorneys with a passion for litigation and a desire to enhance their skills in a supportive environment.

Position Overview

We are looking for candidates with 3-5 years (up to 6 years maximum) of experience in civil litigation, who are ready to contribute actively to our dynamic team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Drafting and responding to disclosures and discovery
• Engaging in motion practice
• Taking and defending depositions
• Representing clients in court appearances
• Preparing for trials

This role presents a fantastic chance to work on a diverse caseload while developing your expertise alongside experienced mentors.

Requirements: Active membership in the State Bar of Michigan.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: Starting at $120,000 (Depending on Experience)
• Billable Requirement: 1,600 hours for bonus eligibility
• Benefits Package: Includes health, dental, vision, and life insurance
• 401(k): Eligible after 1 year, with up to 3% employer match
