Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a high-impact software migration initiative involving the replacement of an existing SaaS Order Picking platform (Wynshop) with StrongPoint. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing complex software migration programs, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless delivery in a retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a multi-phase SaaS Order Picking platform migration from Wynshop to StrongPoint.
• Develop and manage program plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Coordinate activities across business, IT, vendors, and third-party partners.
• Ensure minimal disruption to store operations and existing Pickup services throughout the migration.
• Drive release planning, deployment readiness, and production rollout activities.
• Facilitate status meetings, executive reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Identify and mitigate program risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ensure successful execution through strong governance and cross-functional collaboration.
• Support change management, testing, and go-live planning.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Project/Program Management experience with enterprise software implementations or migrations.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale software migration or platform modernization initiatives.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar.

Preferred Qualifications

• Retail industry experience (strongly preferred).
• Release Management or deployment management experience.
• Experience with SaaS platforms, Order Management, Store Operations, or eCommerce systems.
• PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are a plus.
