In this role you will manage Government Not-for-Profit client relationships within Business Banking, delivering tailored financial solutions and maintaining risk and regulatory compliance. You will grow a portfolio by winning new clients and deepening existing relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to support the organizations you serve. You'll work across teams to ensure a seamless client experience and protect the firm through sound risk practices. - Build internal and external relationships to deliver best-in-class client advice and service
- Serve as trusted advisor delivering customized banking products and solutions for Government Not-for-Profit clients
- Manage and grow a client portfolio, prospect for new clients, and deepen relationships
- Oversee credit opportunities within portfolio up to $40 million
- Utilize referral networks to identify and pursue new clients and cultivate long-term relationships
- Understand client organizations and analyze growth opportunities while ensuring profitability
- Adhere to risk management policies and regulatory requirements
- Minimum 8 years' experience in business banking relationship management or related lending
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of Government Not-for-Profit client requirements, laws, regulations, and risk management; familiarity with RFP and due diligence
- Ability to identify innovative solutions to serve clients and manage risk
- Seasoned judgment to provide comprehensive, customized solutions and monitor segment trends
