Pay: $18/hour

Shift: 6:00am–3:30pm, Monday–Friday

Overview

Join our team as a Metal Cutting Associate! You’ll cut and prepare metal components used in glass fabrication, ensuring quality, accuracy, and safety on every project.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
• Set up and safely operate metal cutting equipment (manual and CNC).
• Measure, mark, and cut metal to exact specifications.
• Inspect materials for defects and check accuracy of finished components.
• Perform basic equipment troubleshooting and report issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Work closely with team members and communicate production needs and concerns.

Quality & Safety

• Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
• Maintain quality standards on all production and finished materials.
• Participate in safety initiatives and offer feedback for improvements.

Requirements

• Experience in metal cutting or manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read technical drawings and use measurement tools.
• Good mechanical skills and attention to detail.
• Able to stand, lift, and do repetitive tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent (technical training is a plus).
• Team player with a positive attitude.
