We’re hiring an experienced Mechanical Project Manager who can bring together clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep projects moving forward. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality work on schedule and within budget.

💰 Compensation & Benefits

• $100,000–$130,000 base salary

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Plan, coordinate, and manage every phase of mechanical construction projects
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Build strong working relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners throughout project execution
• Monitor progress, quality, costs, and safety compliance
• Anticipate challenges and keep projects moving toward completion
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• At least five years of construction project management experience
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Experience with project management software and construction tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and competing priorities effectively
