Senior MEP Superintendent, Data Center Projects

Join our dynamic team as a Senior MEP Superintendent, where you will play a pivotal role in leading and coordinating field teams, subcontractors, and construction trades on state-of-the-art data center projects. This position requires managing various aspects such as scheduling, safety, quality control, inspections, project documentation, and testing, ensuring that we stay on track with our master schedule. Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire superintendents, project field engineers, and other field staff to ensure project success.
• Administer and control all permit documents; meticulously review subcontractor scopes of work.
• Facilitate safety meetings and vigilantly oversee project safety, site access, and traffic management.
• Manage tools, equipment inventory, coordination, and rentals efficiently.
• Schedule and keep thorough records of project testing, certificates, and inspections.
• Prepare detailed look-ahead schedules, daily reports, as-built drawings, and closeout documentation.
