Associate Division Head - Urgent Care

We are seeking a dedicated Associate Division Head for a full-time role in Urgent Care, based in Grand Rapids and Muskegon.

Key responsibilities include

• Supporting the Division Head in strategic planning and implementing divisional initiatives
• Managing daily operations such as scheduling, workflow, and policy enforcement
• Providing leadership, mentorship, and fostering professional growth among staff
• Participating in hiring, onboarding, evaluation, and performance management
• Overseeing budgets, resources, and ensuring compliance with policies
• Representing the division in meetings and cross-functional collaborations
• Stepping in for the Division Head when necessary to maintain leadership continuity

Qualifications include

• Current licensure as MD/DO, PA-C, or NP in Michigan
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
