Marvin is on the lookout for a Senior Compensation Strategy Analyst to spearhead the design, modeling, and optimization of incentive and variable pay programs that cater to our manufacturing and corporate teams. In this pivotal role, you'll conduct comprehensive analyses of sales, operations, and HR data to evaluate the effectiveness of compensation plans, ensuring they align with our business objectives, and providing data-driven recommendations for enhancement. Your expertise will contribute to developing financial models, payout calculators, and dashboards; preparing impactful executive-level presentations; and collaborating closely with HR, Finance, and line leaders. Key Responsibilities

  • Design and enhance incentive and variable pay programs for both manufacturing and corporate roles.
  • Construct financial models and payout scenarios to assess plan costs, risks, and impacts.
  • Analyze HR, sales, and operational data to determine the effectiveness and ROI of incentive plans.
  • Develop dashboards and reports that clearly communicate performance and payout trends.
  • Create executive-ready presentations, offering actionable recommendations and insightful analytics.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to ensure incentives are in line with strategy and KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance of incentive plans with company policies and applicable regulations.
  • Lead the annual processes of incentive planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Consistently improve plan designs based on performance metrics and feedback from stakeholders.
  • Support broader total rewards and talent initiatives as a subject-matter expert.

Essential Skills

  • Expertise in incentive plan design.

  • Experience in HR analytics and reporting.
