We’re currently seeking a hard-working, motivated, and litigation-savvy Associate Attorney to manage a docket of auto injury cases. If you're someone who thrives on collaboration, works with purpose, and can deliver five-star service under pressure, we want to meet you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage a docket of auto injury cases from intake through resolution
• Lead all aspects of litigation: depositions, motion practice, legal research, writing, negotiations, and trials.
• Deliver top-tier service to our clients through proactive communication and care.
• Collaborate with an experienced, upbeat, and supportive legal team to drive successful outcomes

What You Bring to the Table

Legal Skills

• Licensed attorney in good standing with the State of Michigan.
• 1+ years of experience in auto law and personal injury.
• Skilled in negotiation, mediation, and advocacy.
• Strong legal writing and research abilities.
• Familiarity with case management software (bonus points if you're already a tech whiz).

People & Performance

• Clear, concise communicator, both written and verbal.
• Ability to stay cool, composed, and effective under pressure.
• A natural relationship-builder who works well with clients, colleagues, and insurance adjusters alike.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines without breaking a sweat.
• Self-starter attitude: you can work independently, but you love being part of a team.
