The Opportunity

As a Corporate Events Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning and executing exceptional corporate events that provide seamless coordination and outstanding experiences for attendees. Your strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail will be essential in creating impactful events that support our clients' goals. Working within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will collaborate closely with brand management, marketing, and sales teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives aimed at driving revenue growth, enhancing brand visibility, and capturing new business opportunities.

You'll coach team members by leveraging their unique strengths, and actively manage performance to meet client expectations. Your growing understanding of business dynamics will be crucial in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. In this role, you will take full ownership of projects, ensuring successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will also effectively handle conflicts or issues that arise, and engage in candid conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, escalating matters when appropriate.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the planning and execution of corporate events to provide exceptional attendee experiences
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event operations
  • Managing event budgets and timelines to align with organizational goals
  • Developing and implementing strategic event marketing plans to enhance brand awareness
  • Utilizing analytical skills to evaluate event success and identify improvement areas
  • Overseeing health and safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for all participants
  • Mentoring and coaching team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to promote engagement and collaboration
  • Embracing technology and innovation to improve event management processes
  • Addressing conflicts with clients and team members while escalating matters when necessary

What You Must Have

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent degree
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or prior experience with PwC

The salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $212,280. Compensation will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, and location. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
