Part Time - Deli & Bakery Associate

Role Overview: This position involves independently preparing, frying, packaging, displaying, and stocking deli and bakery products to contribute to store profitability and enhance guest experience. It requires adherence to safety, food safety, and merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce bakery/deli items according to production plans
• Package, label, and merchandise products following company guidelines
• Stock backroom with fresh products, rotating and dating items
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to support store growth
• Notify management of supply needs
• Follow safety, PPE, food safety, and guest experience protocols
• Assist in tasks across departments as needed

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• At least one year of retail or related experience preferred
• Strong reading, writing, and basic math skills
• Detail-oriented with good communication skills
