General Purpose: As a Retail Customer Service Associate, you will ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers by welcoming them with courtesy and friendliness. You will maintain a clean and organized work environment and adhere to best practices in merchandising.

Essential Functions

• Prioritize safety by maintaining a secure shopping environment.
• Greet all customers warmly and assist them with their needs.
• Handle customer inquiries and transactions with efficiency and courtesy.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a pristine store environment.
• Restock merchandise promptly and accurately following company guidelines.
• Demonstrate integrity and maintain confidentiality in all transactions.

Competencies: Effective communication, teamwork, accountability, and a strong desire to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to perform basic math calculations common in retail.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and move around the store for extended periods, bend, lift, and carry merchandise up to 25 pounds, and use equipment safely.
