Packaging Associate

Job Summary

Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Packaging Associate, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and safe packaging of our products. We are seeking an energetic, motivated, friendly, and reliable individual who exhibits a strong work ethic and attention to detail to join our small distribution company in a full-time position.

Job Duties include

• Packaging small parts (1-3#) into full boxes (30-49#)
• Labeling and packing boxes, and preparing parts using detailed instructions
• Hand unloading shipping containers with warehouse staff as needed (a couple times per month, requires unpacking of boxes 30-50# onto pallets)
• Prior experience working in a manufacturing facility or warehouse environment is preferred.
• Basic math skills for measurements, counts, and quality checks are essential.
• Assist with warehouse operations including materials handling, inventory management, and shipping/receiving activities & other occasional warehouse support
