Customer Experience Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team in a dynamic specialty grocery store environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining a well-organized sales floor. This role requires strong communication skills, a basic understanding of math for cash handling, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products throughout the store.
• Process transactions accurately using cash registers and handle cash with precision.
• Maintain stock levels by restocking shelves and organizing merchandise effectively.
• Provide information about products and promotions to enhance customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a clean and inviting shopping environment.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in managing stock rotation to minimize waste.

Requirements

• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales.
