Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain factory equipment, including power tools and hand tools, to assemble components accurately and efficiently.
  • Use forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move materials safely within the manufacturing facility.
  • Support assembly line operations by preparing parts, performing quality checks, and troubleshooting mechanical issues as needed.
  • Conduct routine inspections of machinery and work areas to ensure compliance with safety protocols and manufacturing standards.
  • Assist in inventory management by organizing materials in the warehouse and documenting stock levels.
  • Follow detailed work instructions to assemble products according to specifications while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow, reduce waste, and improve overall manufacturing processes.

Skills

  • Proven experience working in a manufacturing facility or factory environment with familiarity in assembly line operations.
  • Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and forklifts safely and effectively.
  • Warehouse experience is preferred, including familiarity with inventory management and material handling procedures.
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols related to manufacturing environments.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately while maintaining efficiency.
  • Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform manual tasks as required.
