Recruiting a hands-on Wastewater Treatment Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure environmental compliance, and maintain efficient wastewater treatment processes in a growing food manufacturing plant. What youll do as the Wastewater Treatment Supervisor

Oversee wastewater treatment operations, testing, and process adjustments.

Ensure compliance with environmental permits and EPA regulations.

Manage sampling, reporting, inspections, and regulatory documentation.

Troubleshoot equipment and treatment issues while coordinating maintenance.

Drive safety, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.

What we are looking for in the Wastewater Treatment Supervisor:

At least 2 years of wastewater treatment experience.

Knowledge of wastewater systems, laboratory testing, and environmental regulations.

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Wastewater Operator certification or ability to obtain required licensing.
