We’re hiring a Plumbing Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from planning through closeout. This is a great opportunity to join a strong, growing contractor where you’ll have real ownership over your projects and work closely with field teams to drive results.

What You’ll Do

• Manage plumbing construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to keep projects on track
• Develop and manage project schedules, manpower, and production goals
• Review drawings, specs, and submittals to ensure accurate installation
• Track budgets, job costs, and forecasts; identify and address variances early
• Handle RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
• Lead project meetings and communicate updates with clients and internal teams
• Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to code

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years of plumbing or MEP construction project management leadership experience
• Strong understanding of plumbing systems, installation methods, and jobsite coordination
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software

Preferred:

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• OSHA 30 (or willingness to obtain)
