Electrical Project Director, Data Center Operations

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Director to lead and oversee multiple data center construction projects from inception to completion. In this exciting position, you will manage project teams, budgets, schedules, resources, safety, quality, and client communications to ensure all contractual and performance objectives are met. This is a traveling role, requiring you to be on-site across the United States, with travel up to 100% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple projects from initial conceptual planning to construction, start-up, testing, and final contract close-out.
• Direct and mentor senior project managers, project managers, field staff, and support teams.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, financials, staffing, resources, and overall team performance.
• Ensure compliance with project contract, technical specifications, quality standards, safety protocols, and budget constraints.
• Regularly review project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and adapt resources or strategies to achieve project objectives.
• Contribute to business development efforts, refine proposal strategies, deliver customer presentations, and promote project team development.
