Restaurant Manager - Quick-Service

As a Growth Restaurant Leader at Raising Cane's, you will oversee daily operations in a fast-paced, high-energy restaurant environment. You'll lead and develop a team focused on outstanding guest experiences, quality food, and a fun, friendly atmosphere. Responsibilities include managing shifts, labor, and inventory; ensuring food safety and cleanliness; and driving sales through strong execution and local growth initiatives. You will coach crew and managers, resolve guest concerns, and represent Raising Cane's culture and values in the restaurant and local community while preparing for continued career growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day restaurant operations to meet sales and profitability goals

• Create effective shift plans, manage labor and inventory, and control costs

• Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues quickly and professionally
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations
• Support hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews for team members
• Partner with leadership on community involvement and brand-building events
