Part Time - Deli & Bakery Associate

Role Overview: This position involves preparing, packaging, and merchandising bakery and deli products to contribute to store profitability and enhance guest experience. The role requires independent work to ensure food safety, safety guidelines, and customer satisfaction are met, with responsibilities including product preparation, labeling, stocking, and collaboration with other departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce bakery and deli items according to production plans.
• Package, label, and merchandise products per company standards.
• Stock backroom areas with rotated, dated products.
• Communicate with team members regarding supplies, tasks, and safety procedures.
• Adhere to all safety, food safety, and guest experience guidelines.
• Assist in tasks across departments as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One year of retail or related experience preferred.
• Ability to interpret documents, perform basic math, and pay attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally, stand and walk for extended periods, and work in varied temperatures. Reasonable accommodations available for disabilities.
