ZSmart Furniture is a locally owned family business with six locations across Southwest Michigan and Northern Indiana. We specialize in rent-to-own solutions and offer strong retail and financing programs—giving customers multiple ways to take home the furniture, appliances, and electronics they need.

We’re looking for a high-energy, bilingual (English/Spanish preferred) Sales Representative to join our Grand Rapids team. This is a people-first role where you’ll help customers find solutions that fit their budget, build long-term relationships, and be rewarded with commissions and company-wide profit sharing on top of your base pay.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers, understand their needs, and guide them to the right product and program (retail, financing, or lease-to-own).
• Support customers with lease agreements, payment options, and ownership benefits.
• Partner with your teammates to meet sales goals and deliver excellent service.
• Learn product features and demonstrate key benefits to customers.
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Keep the showroom and store areas organized and inviting.
• Participate in local marketing campaigns and community engagement.

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred – able to assist a diverse customer base.
• Motivated, dependable, and excited to work in a sales environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Pay & Schedule

• Competitive hourly pay + commissions + profit share.
