Senior Project Manager- Commercial Construction

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

• COMMERCIAL / MULTIFAMILY CONSTRUCTION

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage budgets, forecasting, schedules, contracts, buyout and change orders
• Lead owners, architects, engineers, Superintendents and trade partners
• Oversee project financial performance, profitability and cost control
• Drive constructability, value engineering and problem resolution
• Build strong client relationships and support repeat/new business
• Mentor and develop project team members

IDEAL BACKGROUND

• 10+ years of construction Project Management experience
• Strong commercial General Contractor background
• Multifamily / multi-unit construction experience strongly preferred
• Ground-up apartments, mixed-use, student housing or senior living experience highly desirable
• Strong financial, preconstruction and scheduling capabilities
• Established relationships throughout Greater Southeast Michigan strongly preferred
• Ability to leverage local relationships and help grow the company's regional business
• Procore experience preferred
• Strong leadership and client-facing skills
